TrainerMatchOnline is an online fitness training platform available worldwide. We change the way people train by providing professional and affordable access to a personal trainer. TrainerMatchOnline makes professional personal training available anytime, anywhere, through a computer, tablet or smartphone.

After you sign up, we will match you to an available trainer who fits your objectives, preferences, and goals. Different trainers have different approaches and areas of focus so it’s important to find the right person who can achieve the best results for you. We have found that we are able to provide a successful match most of the time. However, if you started the training and you feel it isn’t a good fit, you may elect to switch to a different personal trainer.

TrainerMatchOnline is right for you if you’re looking to improve your health and the quality of your life.

Online Coaching is NOT for you if:

  • You’re not willing to work your ass off (we don’t mean a 5min jog here and there)
  • You’re looking for a quick fix to lose weight
  • You’re happy with what you see when you look in the mirror (don’t lie to yourself here)
  • You’re happy to work your way up through those jean sizes
  • You’re health and fitness isn’t in your top 3 priorities right now
  • You’re not ready to get serious, even if you do have a step-by-step action plan

We are happy to admit we expect a lot from our clients. We will do everything possible to help you get results, we will give you all the tools you need, support you and hold you accountable, but we cannot do the hard work for you.

Please note that the conversation between you and your personal trainer not always is in real-time and therefor not necessarily require scheduling. Instead, you can choose whenever you want to write or respond to your trainer with the questions and concerns you have in regards to your training. You will get a notification when the counselor has written something to you. 
The speed of the trainer’s response and the frequency of the sessions would vary based on the interaction between you and your trainer. Some people prefer to have short frequent interactions during the week, while others may prefer to have long, thorough, and less frequent sessions. Your usage patterns are also likely to change over time. You may use the fitness service extensively at some times then use it sparsely at other times. Your personal trainer will try to accommodate your changing needs in a timely manner.

You can try TrainerMatchOnline and feel confident that it is right for you. You only pay on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel the service 48 hours before the next month you will not be charged for any additional month.  Use the first month to get matched to a personal trainer, to get to know your trainer, and to start working out. If you didn’t find it for you just cancel in time before the next month (it’s easy!).

If you accomplished your goals or if you found e-counseling with TrainerMatchOnline to be no longer helpful for any reason, you can simply cancel the subscription. Canceling is easy and done online from the “Support” page – there are no hoops to jump through.

You can use TrainerMatchOnline from any device that has a Web browser. It can be a computer, tablet, or smartphone. There is no special hardware required and you don’t need to install any software.
